In a continuous quest to refine their processes and outcomes, WM2A Architects embarked on a LEAN journey in September 2009, adopting strategies from the famed Toyota Production System adapted for the design and construction industry. This approach accentuates the importance of collaboration and focuses on eradicating waste to redirect resources towards augmenting value for the project owner. Throughout their LEAN initiative, WM2A has skillfully integrated numerous tools and methodologies, which have been successfully applied to over 15 projects, ensuring a holistic and efficient design and construction experience.
