This to-the-studs renovation of an oceanfront condominium was achieved through a great collaboration with a design-build architecture firm based in Boca Raton. The oceanfront structure had its floor plan updated to accommodate more sleeping areas, an office, and a private primary suite while maximizing ocean views. Bachelor Gulch Ski House A ski-in and ski-out log cabin perched high on the mountain in Bachelor Gulch (Avon) Colorado. The goal was to lighten the overall feel of the house along with a kitchen renovation and addition, guest suite update, and complete update to the lighting and control system.
