- The designFinder by ASID is to be used exclusively for:
- Inquiring about professional services offered by listed members
- Exploring potential business collaborations
- Seeking professional advice or expertise within the interior design field
- Users may contact designFinder members to:
- Request information about their services
- Discuss potential project opportunities
- Arrange professional consultations
Prohibited Use
- Users of designFinder by ASID are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
- Using designFinder for mass marketing or spam campaigns
- Harvesting contact information for non-ASID related purposes
- Sharing member information with third parties without explicit consent
- Using designFinder for any purpose that violates local, state, or federal laws
- Engaging in phishing activities or attempting to fraudulently obtain sensitive information
- Specific examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sending promotional materials unrelated to a specific business inquiry
- Using automated systems to extract member information
- Contacting members for non-professional or personal reasons
- Impersonating ASID or other entities to deceive members
User Agreement

Leading the Way in Innovative and Functional Interior Design Excellence
Kodu Design’s principal and lead interior designer, Merike Mighell, takes pride in delivering excellence in the design of the interior environment. Creating functional, interesting spaces that combine timeless forms with inviting textures and honest materials, has become her signature. She’s an intuitive thinker with a proven ability to add value and exceed client expectations.
After graduating from the Toronto Metropolitan University School of Interior Design in Toronto ON Canada, Merike moved to the west coast in 1993 and quickly established herself as a contributor to several award-winning design teams while living in Vancouver BC Canada.
Merike founded Kodu Design in 2005 and moved her company to Eugene OR in the summer of 2021. From Eugene, and via a project partner in Canada, Kodu Design LLC continues to serve clients all over the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Merike loves the Pacific Northwest and is always enthusiastic about contributing, collaborating, and putting to very good use her significant experience in the residential, multifamily residential, commercial and hospitality sectors of interior design.
