The designFinder by ASID is to be used exclusively for:

- Exploring potential business collaborations

Users may contact designFinder members to:
- Request information about their services
- Discuss potential project opportunities
- Arrange professional consultations

Prohibited Use

Users of designFinder by ASID are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
- Using designFinder for mass marketing or spam campaigns
- Harvesting contact information for non-ASID related purposes
- Sharing member information with third parties without explicit consent
- Using designFinder for any purpose that violates local, state, or federal laws

Specific examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

- Contacting members for non-professional or personal reasons
- Impersonating ASID or other entities to deceive members

User Agreement

By accessing and using designFinder by ASID, users agree to:

Studio MINE Connect is Seeking Interior Designers

Studio MINE is seeking current talented and passionate US-based Interior Designers to join the Studio MINE Elite program to lead design from inspiration to installation for our builder partners on a contract basis for contract work available today in the United States. We specialize in creating dynamic, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces that reflect our clients' unique visions and lifestyles nationwide. The ideal candidates will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to help us design interiors for top Home Builders across the country.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with builder partners to align on vision, determine project goals, budgets, and design preferences.
Develop and present conceptual designs, mood boards, and detailed plans using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Provide a comprehensive design proposal, including mood boards with Studio MINE product selections, wall elevations where product scale is a key consideration, a space plan showing the furniture layout, and a separate plan illustrating the placement of artwork, mirrors and accent walls.
Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with project vision and sustainability goals for builder approvals through Studio MINE.
Work closely with our partner builders, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design integrity and project timelines.
Select a warehouse and installation team that complies with Studio MINE’s Warehouse and Installation Guidelines.
Manage the installation and merchandising process, direct the installation team, and ensure the model home aligns with the approved space plans and mood boards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite).
Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines.
